Envy is not just a temporary negative feeling, but a living energy that affects both body and soul.

In this context, energy science expert Dr. Maha Al-Attar explained the effect of this energy on both the envious person and the envied person.

Envy between body and soul

An energy science expert told Masrawy that a human being is not a body separate from their soul, but rather a balanced energetic entity.

She added that every feeling a person experiences is not just a fleeting thought, but a chemical and energetic reaction that directly affects the body.

She pointed out that repressed and misunderstood feelings eventually turn into a psychological burden, and then their effects appear on the body.

The effect of envy on the envious person

She continued: “Envy does not stem from strength, but from an inner feeling of inadequacy. The envious person sees a light in others that reminds him of what he lacks internally. This repressed energy transforms into an unconscious, hostile vibration.”

She added that envy leads to a spasm of liver energy, the organ responsible for the flow of emotions and inner flexibility, resulting in the accumulation of silent anger and tension.

The effects of this negative energy on the envious person manifest as headaches, insomnia, muscle tension, digestive disorders, heaviness in the chest, mental distraction, and weakened immunity.

Furthermore, the envious person's body suffers from internal turmoil as a result of being preoccupied with observing others instead of focusing on their own inner self, causing their heart to lose its natural sense of peace.

The effect of envy on the envied person

An energy expert explained that a person who is envied is only affected by envy if their energy is scattered or unconscious. However, if the envied person is fully conscious and has balanced energy, then the energy of envy does not penetrate them, but rather works to restore their internal balance.

She pointed out that envy is not an act of aggression, but rather a mirror that reveals the inner disconnect of the envious person, while giving the envied person an opportunity to understand their limits and self-awareness without this affecting their value or status.

How to deal with the energy of envy?

Inner awareness and psychological well-being are among the strongest means of protection against the energy of envy. This can be achieved by understanding emotions, transforming pain into knowledge, and using conscious breathing to release pent-up energy.

In addition, avoid comparing yourself to others and focus on yourself, since a conscious person neither envies nor is envied.

She explained that the signs of envy's effect on the envied person often appear as unjustified sadness, anxiety, tension, or a desire for isolation, which are indicators that require restoring internal balance to maintain psychological and physical energy.
